Social Media Content Creator
Be the storyteller of our events. Capture the energy, the big moments, and the behind-the-scenes action that teams and families love to see online.
Position Responsibilities:

Capture photos and videos throughout tournament weekends

Create and post content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Highlight players, teams, and special moments
-
Work alongside tournament staff to showcase the full event experience

Basic editing skills for reels, posts, and short clips
Tournament Assistant
Looking for individuals with a strong understanding of softball who enjoy working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. This role is for someone with great communication skills who can think on their feet and handle pressure situations with confidence.
Position Responsibilities:

Oversee assigned sports diamonds throughout the day

Provide game balls to umpires before each game

Record and report game scores accurately
-
Communicate and interact professionally with coaches and umpires

Help keep games on schedule and running smoothly

Serve as the on-site point of contact for teams on your field
Maintenance / Field Crew
If you love working on ball fields as much as we love playing on them, we have a rake, line marker, and dragger waiting for you.
Position Responsibilities:

Prepare fields before games begin

Maintain infields, bases, and batter’s boxes between games

Line fields using field marking equipment
-
Drag and groom infields throughout the day
-
Keep complexes clean, safe, and game-ready at all times
Perfect for:

Weekend availability and travel to tournament sites required.
