As tournament directors, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate special scheduling requests as they are submitted. Requests are reviewed and considered on a first-come, first-serve basis, taking into account field availability, tournament format, competitive balance, and overall event logistics.

I understand that all schedules are built to maintain fairness for all teams in the tournament.

I understand that special requests cannot alter the tournament format, including but not limited to:

Number of games guaranteed
Pool play structure
Bracket or elimination format
Advancement criteria

I understand that requests impacting competitive balance, field availability, or overall tournament operations may be denied.

I understand that once schedules are released, changes will only be made in extreme circumstances and all changes can be made at the discretion of the Tournament Director.

I understand that weather delays, postponements, field closures, or rescheduling decisions are beyond the control of the tournament director. In the event of inclement weather, all previously submitted special requests may become void, and schedules may be adjusted as necessary to complete the tournament in the best and fairest manner possible.
