At Uncle Charlie’s Tournaments, we’ve always believed that the softball community is about more than just the game—it’s about heart, connection, and giving back. This year, we’re proud to announce a new initiative that reflects those values in a powerful way.

In an effort to make an even greater impact in our support for Hospice, we’ve opened up a Team Donation Contest that invites participating teams to help us raise funds in honor of those who have received compassionate end-of-life care. Each team will have the opportunity to collect donations under their team name, and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to benefit local hospice programs.

At the conclusion of the contest, the team that raises the most money will be honored with the Norma Jean Renicker Compassion Award, named in memory of a beloved woman whose strength, kindness, and grace touched many lives.

This award symbolizes more than just generosity—it represents the spirit of giving, teamwork, and making a difference where it truly matters.
