- This tournament is a 4 Game Guarantee ( 2 Pool Play, Double Elimination)
- The cost of the Tournament is $700 Entry Fee & $150 Team Gate Fee (Covers All Your Teams Spectators)
- Checks can be made to Uncle Charlie's Tournaments and sent to 1227 3rd St NW, New Philadelphia, OH 44663
- Online Payment option is available through the Pay Online Tab.
- Teams Must be USA Sanctioned, Provide proof of Insurance, ACE Certification & Concussion Certificate.
- This is NOT a Stay To Play Event!!!!
